What is GivingTuesday?
Giving Tuesday is a global movement that celebrates generosity and encourages people to support the causes that matter most. It follows the Black Friday and Cyber Monday rush and marks the start of the charitable giving season.

From December 2 to December 31, your donation to Community Living Essex County will have twice the impact. Libro Credit Union is matching contributions up to $3,000, and a private sponsor is matching another $3,000—providing $6,000 in total matching funds.
All proceeds will support the purchase of technology such as tablets, smart watches, laptops, and smart speakers for people receiving supports. These tools foster greater independence, strengthen connections with family and friends, support virtual learning, and build everyday skills.
Our goal is $12,000—help us surpass it and create more opportunities for people across Essex County.
We are thrilled to announce that our 2024 Giving Tuesday campaign raised a record-breaking total of $22,643! A huge thank you to our incredible campaign sponsors, Libro Credit Union – Essex and Uni-Fab, for matching donations and helping us reach this milestone, as well as to Vernon’s Tap and Grill in Kingsville for their fund raising efforts.
How Do I Participate in Giving Tuesday?
